UNITS USED IN TEST RESULTS
When reporting on the tests conducted, international units (SI, International System of Units) are used.

REFERENCE RANGES
For many of the test parameters we analyze, we use the reference ranges established by our laboratory for our community.

ACCESS TO PREVIOUS RESULTS
Since the results of the tests you have taken are stored in our system, you can access your previous results upon request.

RELIABILITY
In our laboratory, calibration and quality control procedures are performed regularly for every test, and any results deemed unacceptable are immediately retested and verified.

PRIVACY
We take great care to ensure the confidentiality of the test results processed in our laboratory.
